Dr. Bay Yeo

Managing Director - Australia
Dr. Bay is an experienced property developer and is heavily involved at the front end feasibility of development projects and development finance structuring.
His training as a professional engineer allows him to analyse projects based on its technical merits. He won the Business News 40 under 40 in 2022, 2012 WA Young Engineer of the Year and author of award winning international journal papers in civil engineering.
Albert Ko
BEng (Hons), PMP®, MIEAust, MIEM
Managing Director - Malaysia
Albert is a successful developer and property expert in his own right. He leads the strategic development of the company and is primarily involved with the sales and project marketing of our developments.
Albert's ability to critically assess market trends has seen him being invited as a speaker at various property events in Malaysia and was featured in Malaysia's leading business newspaper.
Yvonne Liu
BComm, MComm, MAcc,
Finance Director
Yvonne is Exal's finance director and is involved with the tax compliance, accounting, cashflow planning, and financial reporting for the group. Coming from a background in property development and construction means she understands the intricacies of the business.
She has completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Shipping and Logistic Management, a Masters of Logistics and Strategic Procurement Management and a Master of Accounting.
Joyce Chan
LLB(Hons)(UK), Barrister at Law (Lincoln's Inn)
Contract Administrator
Joyce is a trained legal practitioner with experience in litigation and contracts. She has been called to the England and Malaysia bar.
She stepped into the property industry over a decade ago as a legal adviser focusing on contracts, complimenting her current role as a contracts administrator for Exal.
