Waterford Purpose-Built Student Accommodation is a proposed privately operated Purpose-Built Student Accommodation located right at the doorstep of Curtin University. The proposed development will comprise of private student rooms and several retail outlet.

The development will be the first privately operated student accommodation within close proximity to the university, offering future students a safe and secure accommodation option. The development will predominantly cater for international students studying at either Curtin University or Canning College.
