Waterford Student Accommodation
Waterford Student Accommodation is a privately operated Purpose-Built Student Accommodation located right at the doorstep of Curtin University. It will consist of 916 beds and commercial spaces, and will be operated by the award winning operator, Yugo.
Waterford Student Accommodation is located within close proximity to the Curtin University and Canning College, offering future students a safe and secure accommodation option. The project is under construction.
One McCabe
One McCabe is a master planned mixed use development located at one of the most iconic sites in Perth. Overlooking the Indian Ocean, Swan River and the Perth City skyline, this landmark development will be one of the most sought after address.
The proposed development will include a neighbourhood centre, and more than 350 residences. Planning is underway.
Elements at Carousel
Elements at Carousel is a mixed use development located opposite the Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre and comprises of 114 apartments, ground floor commercial tenancies, rooftop garden and an abundance of communal facilities.
